FAQ

1. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to you within 24 hours upon the successful submission of order.  If the items ordered are unavailable, we will contact you for further action.

2. What are the available payment options?

You can pay cash on delivery (COD), with credit card (via PayPal), or electronic bank transfer.
For bank transfer, payment should be made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery appointment.  The bank account number will be provided upon confirmation of order.

3. I do not have a PayPal account, how can I pay via credit card?

You can pay via credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.  When you are directed to PayPal for payment, PayPal will provide the options to either log in or pay with debit or credit card.  You can proceed with the latter if you do not have a PayPal account.

4. I have indicated the requested delivery date and time when I check out.  Will you deliver according to the requested timing?

We will try to accommodate your request if our schedule permits and if the recipient is available.  The actual delivery appointment will be finalised with the recipient.
