1.  CURRENCIES

All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore Dollars.

2.  DELIVERY SERVICES

2.1 Delivery addresses

We provide delivery to all addresses in Singapore, except to offshore islands, restricted areas and PO boxes.

For overseas shipment, please send an email to sales@counter11.com.sg with information on product(s) you would like to purchase and the delivery address.  We will provide the shipping rate and estimated delivery time before you place an order.  

2.2 Charges

Standard Local Delivery Charges

For purchases of less than or equal to S$60.00, a delivery charge of S$6.00 per trip applies. This will be waived for purchases exceeding S$60.00.

Addresses within CBD

Surcharge of S$6.00 per trip apply to all purchases to be delivered to the Central Business District (CBD) on top of standard delivery charges.

Overseas Shipment

For overseas shipment, please send an email to sales@counter11.com.sg with information on product(s) you would like to purchase and the delivery address.  We will provide the shipping rate and estimated delivery time before you place an order.  

2.3 Delivery appointment (Local)

Goods will be delivered to the customer's desired address within three (3) working days upon receipt of order. Our delivery time is between 9am - 9pm daily, including public holidays. Delivery appointment will be confirmed with the recipient prior to actual delivery.

3.  CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon the successful submission of the order. If the items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

4.  PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made via cash upon delivery, credit card (through Paypal) or electronic bank-transfer.

For bank transfer, payment should be made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery appointment. The bank account number will be provided upon confirmation of order.

5.  AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Customer can request to make changes or cancel the orders by sending an email to sales@counter11.com.sg at least 24 hours before the delivery appointment. No refund will be given for amendment or cancellation requests received within 24 hours of delivery appointment. For cancellation of orders by Counter11 due to reasons including but not limited to the unavailability of goods, Counter11 will refund the amount paid in full.

6.  RETURN POLICY

Goods sold are not returnable.

7.  WARRANTY OF GOODS

Counter11 is not responsible to provide warranty of the goods sold. Warranty of goods, if any, is provided directly by the importer of the goods. For assistance, Customer is advised to send an email to sales@counter11.com.sg, and the contact of the importer will be provided.

8.  TRADEMARKS

All trademark, name, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") are property of Counter11, registered and unregistered. Nothing contained on this Website should be reconstructed without prior written permission of the Website owner.
